My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a jacuzzi, but they looked nothing like the website pictures. The service was a bit lacking when asking about the elevator, but overall, it was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Charlevoix, yet the proximity to the hallway was uncomfortable. The dining was basic but with a nice view, while the facilities were decent.
